Project Overview: Full KNX system integration by Rimot Global.

Development, programming, and commissioning of the KNX home automation system for a luxury residential building consisting of 6 apartments and a master penthouse.

Technical Specifications & Advanced Features:

• Penthouse | Advanced Climate Control & VRV Integration: KNX Daikin VRV gateway integration. Development of complex logic for humidity management and condensation prevention (dew point calculation) using a KNX PT1000 probe on the supply water, combined with zone humidistats and thermostats.

• Apartments | Climate & Dehumidification: Underfloor heating and cooling management (radiant coils). Automated summer dehumidifier control via KNX thermostats and humidistats.

• Lighting Control: Mixed ON/OFF management and DALI protocol integration.

• Shading & Weather Automation: Motorization control for mechanical shutters and awnings. Implementation of a KNX weather station for safety alarms (wind and rain protection for awnings) and twilight logic for external lighting automation.

• Supervision & User Interface: Zennio Z50 touch panels for local control and App configuration for remote access in each residential unit.

• Field Devices: KNX components based on the Eelectron design line (9025 series for keypads, thermostats, and PD00E20 master PIR sensors).
