Project Overview: Full KNX system integration by Rimot Global.

Programming and commissioning of the KNX home automation infrastructure for an exclusive residential complex consisting of 4 apartments and 2 penthouses.

Technical Specifications & Automations:

• Supervision & Local Control: User interfaces powered by Zennio Z41 Pro capacitive touch panels for the centralized management of each individual apartment.

• Climate Control: Advanced climate management for underfloor heating and cooling (radiant coils), entirely controlled via KNX standard thermostats.

• Lighting & Master Logics: Hybrid lighting control via ON/OFF circuits and DALI integration. Development of dedicated automation logic for master areas, featuring dynamic lighting management via PIR presence sensors.

• Shading Automation: Motorized control for slatted sunshades to optimize natural light.

• Field Devices & Aesthetics: System architecture based on the KNX standard. Utilizing design-focused actuators and sensors from the Eelectron 9025 series.
