Project Overview Advanced building automation integration for a large-scale complex consisting of 20 apartments and 4 office floors. The project required specific solutions to comply with strict Minergie energy standards and the building's acoustic constraints.

Technical Specifications & Main Integrations:

• Climate Control & Minergie Standard: Advanced control of VAV mechanical ventilation (Siemens KNX) implemented to overcome acoustic constraints (fixed windows). Mixed heating/cooling management via radiant coils (TH 9025 KNX thermostats) and Fan Coils (0-10V KNX proportional control).

• Custom Supervision: Development of a floor-plan-based supervision interface using thinKNX servers, customized and dedicated to each individual unit (apartments and offices).

• Smart Lighting (Office Areas): DALI and ON/OFF management with constant illuminance regulation (500 lux) and presence detection via PIR sensors to maximize visual comfort and energy savings. Dedicated scenes (e.g., "Cinema Scene") and PIR automation for corridors.

• Shading Automation: Motorization control for blinds and slatted sunshades, actively interfaced with a KNX weather station for wind/rain protection and solar radiation management.

• Field Ecosystem: KNX standard-based devices, entirely relying on Eelectron components (actuators, sensors, keypads, and thermostats).
